Whether you are brand new to Step Aerobics or you just need to brush up on the moves, we have a super simple method for you to progressively learn our choreography! Trust us, even if you have 2 left feet, you can learn with this method.
If you already know Step choreography, then you can just start in our LIVE and REPLAY JAM SESSIONS! We offer several classes weekly as well as a large variety of classes.
If you want to BOOST your results quickly, you can join a Weight Loss Challenge created by Step Jam Master Dre, who is also The Exercise Habit Coach.
Weight loss and toning are HUGE benefits of Step Aerobics. You can even do Step classes with very low impact and get amazing results.
